    Job Details

    + Location: Eagan, MN

    + Pay: $26.34/hr

    + Shift: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.

    + Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers financial situations.

    + Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise.

    + Locate and monitor overdue accounts.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.

    + 5 - 7 years of financial and/or customer service experience.

    + Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to collections.

    + Exceptional debt recovery techniques.

    **Pay Details:** $26.34 per hour
