Our client is a market leader in Industrial Automation software. Due to growth seeking an Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant to join the office staff. Primary duties include:
+ Process accounts payable transactions and invoices
+ Schedule travel arrangements for management and staff--both international and domestic.
+ Process, track and reconcile expense reports
+ Assist with various financial reports (weekly, monthly, etc.)
+ Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary.
Position reports to Office Manager.
Ideal candidates for AP/Admin Asst will possess the following:
+ 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable (Admin)
+ Very proficient with Excel (macro, V-lookups, etc.)
+ Comfortable interacting with executives, clients and guests.
Salary range is up to $50k/yr.
**Pay Details:** $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
