    About Mindful Support Services

     

    We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, which helps provider-members service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams currently support over 2,000 independent mental health providers, who serve over 25,000 clients per week across 15 locations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington as well as virtually via Telehealth.

    About the Role:

    The Director of Finance is a key strategic leader, responsible for shaping the organization's financial strategy and driving informed decision-making across the organization. This leader will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational excellence. Partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will implement tools and platforms to optimize financial processes, identify and communicate actionable insights, and facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    + Establish and align key finance metrics with the company's overall strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance accountability while embedding metric driven practices across the organization.

    + Lead and mentor a team to enhance and develop financial modeling, budgets and forecasts to support the organization's growth Initiatives

    + Evaluate and implement a data management and visualization platform to effectively track, manage and report on results, ensuring accessibility and usability for all stakeholders.

    + Analyze financial and operating data to evaluate opportunities for market expansion, capital Investment and resource optimization

    + Present financial results and other operating metrics in a clear and engaging way using visualizations and dashboards to improve understanding and engagement

    + Implement and manage scalable financial policies and processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting and alignment with industry benchmarks.

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data science or related field; advanced degree preferred

    + Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis

    + Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build and articulate strategic initiatives

    + Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills, including advanced financial modeling and experience implementing data specific tools

    + Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software tools; experience with data visualization platforms

    + Experience working in the healthcare, medical billing or equivalent industry highly preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus
