    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Analyzing and reporting quantitative data

    * Generating and reviewing SOPs

    * Utilizing lean manufacturing tools to assist in preparing detailed layouts of plant facilities to optimize material handling and product flow

    * Position will act as the primary resource for investigating, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for any process problems

    * Coordinating successful kaizen events with quantified success including assessment and effective sustainment of standard work

    * Coaching and training operational supervisors and staff to apply, support, sustain and develop a Continuous Improvement culture

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

    * Must be proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel for data analysis.

    * RCCA experience

    * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate is a plus but not required.

    * Problem solving skills

    * Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma

    * Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    * Communication skills and teamwork

    * Work under minimal supervision
