Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Vernon, New York. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a key player on our team, you will contribute to ensuring smooth order processing and fostering positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and order placements.

• Process customer orders accurately using company software, ensuring timely completion.

• Monitor and follow up on orders to confirm they are processed and shipped as scheduled.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products, providing effective solutions.

• Cultivate a positive and welcoming environment by maintaining a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to support the company's values.

• Stay open to new ideas and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.

• Ensure all tasks are completed with efficiency and attention to detail

Requirements

• Answering inbound calls, processing orders through company software.

• Following up to make certain orders are processed and shipped.

• Resolve and troubleshoot technical product issues with customers.

• Be your best self-open to new ideas-"Can do" attitude.
