    A well-regarded midsized law firm in the Greater Seattle area is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Lawyer to join its Bothell, WA office. This highly collaborative, client-focused firm specializes in estate planning, probate, corporate law, civil litigation, and more. With plans to significantly expand the team, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your practice within a reputable law firm!

    Salary and Benefits:

    The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience with additional quarterly bonus earning potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (100% firm-paid premiums); participation in the firm’s 401(k) plan with a 3% match; unlimited PTO; nine paid holidays; Costco and health club memberships.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Counseling clients on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.

    • Strategizing on estate and transfer tax implications.

    • Drafting legal documents related to estate plans.

    • Court appearances for estate administration.

    • Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to ensure superior client outcomes.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Licensed and in good standing with the WA State Bar.

    • Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials, additional LL.M. in taxation not required

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in estate planning and probate (guardianship is a plus).

    • Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.

    • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

    • Ambitious and committed to building a book of business through firm marketing tools.
