Description

Our client is seeking a Cash Managment professional, with a primary focus on cash management and bank reconciliations. Must have previous experience reconciling multiple bank accounts, 20+ and strong GL experience, will be responsible for Journal Entries. Looking for a strong communicator who is also detailed and focused.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash balance management and perform bank reconciliation tasks with accuracy.

• Initiate and record wire payments and transfers

• Sales Tax filing

• Record all deposits, checks, credit cards, cash, chargebacks, expenses and other fees

• Manage financial relationships with service providers, including banks and other institutions.

• Monitor and address bank service fees, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Heavy reconciliation, 20+ accounts

• Handle multi-company, high volume and Intercompany transactions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Treasury or Cash Management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

• Proven expertise in bank reconciliation and cash flow management.

• Advanced proficiency in financial management software and tools.

• Strong knowledge of financial law and risk management principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey financial insights effectively.

• ERP system experience is a must!
