Sunstates Security is seeking a motivated and highly energeticSite Lead (Armed)for theNew Castle DEarea.Full-time 1st shift (5am-1pm) Tues-Friwith a starting pay rate of $22.90/hr with weekly pay.

Site Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, counseling, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates Security objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Supervision of 15 officers.

+ Scheduling and training.

+ Daily staff meetings.

+ Timesheet accuracy and payroll submission.

+ Daily activity reports, journals and record keeping.

+ Meeting with the client on a daily basis to remain updated on the day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

+ Valid DE Security License (yellow card).

+ Valid DE Security License (red card)

+ At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in security, law enforcement or the military.

+ Must have a clean driving record.

+ Must be attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced and equally demanding environment.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Self-motivated and able to think outside the box.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Reliable transportation to and from work.

+ Must have flexibility with work hours.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

State of Delaware Firearms Security Guard License (Red Card)DE Security License (yellow card)
