    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking machine operators to efficiently run equipment that produces plastic bags or film. This role supports the postal, waste, and medical industries by ensuring high-quality production and smooth operation of machinery.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor machines that produce plastic film and coloscopy bags.

    + Ensure the smooth operation of blowing film equipment.

    + Conduct basic troubleshooting tasks, including shutting off the machine when necessary.

    + Participate in training sessions for forklift operation, though no previous experience is required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation is a must.

    + Ability to handle production tasks and material management.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

    + Capability to troubleshoot and maintain quality standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with assembly and general production tasks.

    + Familiarity with using blueprints, tape measures, CNC machines, press brakes, and calipers.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a clean manufacturing setting, though it can become warmer indoors, particularly on the third floor due to machinery operation.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, Ohio

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

     

    $1500 sign on bonus, $500 referral bonus, $100 safety reimbursement, $200 safety glasses reimbursement, great culture, catered meals, medical, dental and vision benefits. Annual profit sharing bonus.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Hebron,OH.
