**Title:** EndPoint Security Engineer

**Location:** Frisco, TX

*Will consider applicants for Frisco, TX office*

*Must be in office 3 days a week*

**Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Trellix and Crowdstrike engineer to leverage Trellix and Crowdstrike technologies to implement endpoint security across our datacenters and remote offices. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cybersecurity and networking best practices.

Responsibilities:

Trellix Solutions:

+ Administer and manage Trellix endpoint products.

+ Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Trellix systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

+ Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Trellix systems.

Crowdstrike Solutions:

+ Administer and manage Crowdstrike endpoint products.

+ Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Crowdstrike systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

+ Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Crowdstrike systems.

Security Administration:

+ Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

+ Provide advanced technical support for Trellix and Crowdstrike issues.

+ Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.

Documentation and Reporting:

+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Trellix and Crowdstrike configurations, procedures, and processes.

+ Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Trellix and Crowdstrike administration and management.

Technical Skills:

+ Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

+ Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication Skills:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management:

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
