    Service Technician

    *Starting Salary is $69,000 to $72,000 per year depending on experience.

    *Schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday and Sundays and variable evening shifts during the week.

    *Approximately 40 hours per week.

    *Must have availability for air travel to out of state facilities.

    *$500 per month mileage allowance commences after 90 day training period.

    *Eligible for PPO Health Benefits program enrollment after 90 days of employment.

    *80 Hours of PTO per year

Do you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and are you highly nimble? If so, we are looking for you to join our Sole Source Medical team. In this role you will perform routine cleaning services and inspections of medical equipment in hospitals.

     

    Who Are We?

     

    Sole Source Medical, focuses on efficient, deep cleaning and inspections of hospital equipment, without interrupting patient care or hospital flow.

     

    We are looking for a Service Technician who will successfully complete deep technical hospital cleanings and inspections throughout the OR suites, Emergency, Labor and Delivery, Sterile Processing and Decon departments.

    + High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

    + High Attention to Detail

    + English Fluency

    + Customer-First Mindset

    + Ability to pass a drug and background check

    + Proof of childhood immunizations records and COVID-19 Vaccination and booster.

    You must also be able to:

    + Handle long periods of sitting, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, repetitive motions, and crawling

    + Work in cramped spaces and sometimes awkward positions

    + Move or lift heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)

    + Push, pull heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)

    Expected Working Schedule

    This is a full-time position starting at roughly 40hours/week. Schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday and Sundays and variable evening shifts during the week.

     

    + Technicians often travel 2+ hour(s) away to perform job duties at various hospitals. Reliable transportation is required.

    + For service locations that require a hotel stay, you will be paid a $35/day per diem

    + Strong performers will also have the opportunity to fly to service locations in new markets as we expand our services nationally.
