Job Summary

Join our team as a Catering Sales Manager, where you will drive event sales and coordinate catering services to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with clients to customize events, manage contracts, and oversee the execution of catering services to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.

Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred

+ 2+ years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management

+ Knowledge of catering and banquet operations

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software

+ Strong negotiation and customer service skills

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive catering sales

+ Customize catering packages to meet client needs and budget requirements

+ Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution

+ Prepare contracts, proposals, and event orders in accordance with company policies

+ Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings to finalize event details

+ Monitor event execution to guarantee a high-quality guest experience

+ Meet and exceed revenue goals through strategic sales initiatives

+ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
