Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and three years related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Certified or Accredited in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration and Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration.

+ Three years of experience providing administration, maintenance, and support of Hospital and Professional billing claims and remittance within Epic.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization,maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance withall applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any softwareapplication used in support of the clinical enterprise including patient registration, patient billing,clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applicationsfor specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology,Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis anddocumentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems todevelop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions tointermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, andinformation technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assignedsystem applications, functions, and features end-users would experience

Job Duties:

+ Epic build, testing, maintenance and support related to Resolute Hospital and Professional Claims and remittance.

+ Assist charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, special projects and preparing of training materials

+ Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

+ Strong organizational skills; good verbal and written communication skills; strong skills using MS-Excel

+ Build, support, and maintenance of the Epic hospital billing claims and remittance or professional billing claims and remittance modules. Community Connect experience is a plus.

Salary Range:

$80,000.00 to $101,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Up to a 100% remote position. 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
