As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. **Pay: up to $20 per hour** depending on experience and travel. **Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours**

    We have current job openings for HHAs – Home Health Aides in the following locations:

    + **Rehoboth**

    + **Lewes**

    + **Milton**

    + **Bethany Beach**

    + **Dagsboro**

    + **Selbyville**

    BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

    + Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits _if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period_ .

    + Field Employees _working less than 30 hours per week_ are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

    Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

    + Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be HHA related)

    + Current HHA certificate of 75 hours or more, or Active CNA license (we do accept out of state license and trainings)

    Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

    + Activities of daily living

    + Light housekeeping

    + Bathing

    + Grooming

    + Toileting

    + Range of motion / exercises

    + Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

    + Assisting with ambulation

    + Medication reminders
