    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Take charge: Lead, plan, and coordinate all warehouse operations.

    + Keep it moving: Oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely shipping of goods.

    + Stay sharp: Enforce health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

    + Protect the goods: Manage warehouse security and inventory control.

    + Keep things running: Order supplies and coordinate machinery/equipment maintenance.

    + Lead the team: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

    + Build culture: Encourage teamwork, provide feedback, and develop team performance.

    + Handle tough calls: Address disciplinary issues professionally when necessary.

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous warehouse management or logistics experience.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Organizational skills that keep everything (and everyone) on track.

    + A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
