    Our Montessori school has been proudly serving our community for many years. With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, as we guide young learners toward the future, so they become innovative thinkers, good citizens, and able leaders.

     

    Leading a classroom takes a special kind of skill. Montessori Certified Guides have been uniquely trained to deliver an authentic Montessori experience, encouraging children to be innovative and independent.

    As a Montessori Certified Guide you are an expert in:

    + Sharing An Authentic Montessori Experience: Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.

    + Policies and Procedures: Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.

    + Teaching and Communicating: Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

    + Gaining Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.

    We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

    + Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).

    + Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.

    + Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

     

    Assistant Teacher- $17- $18.00 hourly

     

    Teacher/ Lead Teacher- $18.50- $24.40 hourly

     

    Guide- $25-$27.00

     

    Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

     

    Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees

     

    Monday-Friday work week
