Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Janitorial Coordinator to manage the procurement process for all office and janitorial supplies across 20 sites in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will work with live documents, manage existing inventory, and submit orders for all buildings. This role also involves financial tracking, managing contracts for machine repairs, and providing backup support for the team.
On a day to day basis you will be monitoring the stock of office supplies and janitorial cleaning supplies to ensure each site has the proper amount. With this you will submit requests and draft purchase orders for approvals, this will be tracked within an internal finance tool. You will support in the coordination for delivery of the stock/janitorial equipment, or any special requests coming from leadership. You will support the Manager and Supervisor on needs that are presented to the team and fill in when necessary.
The hourly pay rate ranges from $40-$42/hr
