Job Description:

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Grace Home, Essentia Health's long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This LPN works on a casual basis, picking up shifts as needed to support staffing needs at this location. Some weekends and holidays are required.

What You'll Do:

A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

+ Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
