    + Lead, inspire, and coach Product Managers within a Scrum at Scale framework.

    + Define a compelling product vision aligned with business strategy and customer needs.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, drive innovation, and optimize performance.

    + Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.

    Essential Requirements

    + 15+ years’ relevant experience. 5-7 years product leadership experience in a Scrum-at-Scale or similar agile framework, driving innovation and product excellence.

    + Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and coaching skills to foster continuous improvement.

    + Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

    + Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive agile transformation.

    Desirable Requirements

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

     

    Compensation

     

    Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $219,300 - $283,800.
