    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for full-cycle accounting oversight, financial reporting and system management. Additional responsibilities include...

     

    • Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring all financial processes are executed accurately and on time.

    • Oversee and mentor one team member, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

    • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

    • Maintain and optimize the financial reporting system, with a focus on Acumatica.

    • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making purposes.

    • Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

    • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
