Description We are looking for a dedicated Attorney specializing in personal injury law to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves advocating for clients in cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to evaluate case merits and determine appropriate legal strategies.

• Investigate claims by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, analyzing medical records, and consulting with experts.

• Develop and execute tailored legal strategies to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Negotiate effectively with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Prepare for and actively participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.

• Advocate persuasively for clients during trials, presenting strong arguments and evidence to support their cases.

• Provide consistent communication and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and resolution. Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.

• Expertise in handling cases involving personal injury plaintiffs.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, strategies, and documentation.

• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
