Description We are looking for an ERP Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Evanston, Illinois. This role focuses on creating and managing data reports while supporting cross-functional partnerships and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a background in financial systems, reporting, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and generate detailed reports to support financial and payroll operations.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of shared systems.

• Provide tailored support to finance teams, addressing unique reporting needs and exceptions.

• Leverage tools like Crystal Reports to create accurate and insightful business reports.

• Conduct audits on financial and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing reporting-related inquiries and concerns.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Partner with external vendors to ensure effective system usage and troubleshooting.

• Apply accounting principles to interpret and present financial data effectively.

• Assist in improving processes for data reporting and system integration. Requirements • Proven experience with Infinite Visions, Skyward, or similar financial reporting systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data analysis.

• Proficiency in creating custom reports for finance and payroll teams.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments.

• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.

• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

• Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance requirements.
