Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique litigation law firm in Dallas to identify a Licensed Attorney with expertise in eDiscovery. This direct-hire position is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and take on a role in navigating complex discovery projects in today’s fast-paced legal landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage discovery projects: Spearhead major litigation discovery initiatives and provide strategic updates on project progress.

    + Case organization and strategy: Plan and implement major case organization efforts, including early case assessment strategies.

    + Budget and tracking: Create, monitor, and report on cost estimates and case budgets to ensure efficient financial oversight.

    + Vendor and software guidance: Provide strategic recommendations regarding discovery vendors, software tools, and related budgeting.

    + Document handling: Design and oversee document collection, review, production, and privilege log implementation plans.

    + Privilege workflows: Lead and implement processes concerning privileged documents.

    + Deposition and trial support: Design and oversee workflows for deposition and witness preparation, ensuring efficient trial support.

    + Technical guidance: Offer expert advice on technical specifications and workflows for eDiscovery tools, search term construction, and testing.

    + Non-standard data sources: Identify and guide teams on collecting and processing data from non-standard sources such as mobile devices.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you should have:

    + A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

    + Active licensure with the State Bar of Texas

    + Extensive experience in eDiscovery and managing discovery projects for complex litigation cases.

    + Familiarity with leading eDiscovery software tools including Disco and Relativity.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
