    Position Overview

    Aveanna Healthcare is seeking aPediatric Facility Directorto lead operations at ourPrescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) CenterinWest Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with experience inhealthcare management, social services, or operations. As Facility Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive business growth while supporting a team dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric care.

    What You’ll Need

    + Experience in healthcare administration, management, or social services

    + Supervisory or leadership experiencepreferred

    + Knowledge of healthcare compliance, policies, and procedures(PPEC experience a plus)

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to develop relationships with families, staff, and referral sources

    Key Responsibilities

    + Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

    + Operational Management:Oversee daily facility operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency.

    + Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation standards.

    + Growth & Outreach:Develop strategies to increase census and build referral relationships.

    + Family & Patient Advocacy:Work closely with families to provide support and resources.
