• Experienced Tax Manager

    System One (Tulsa, OK)


    System One is assisting a small, dynamic CPA firm in Tulsa, OK, with a search for an Experienced Tax Manager. Their team is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where professional growth and client satisfaction are the top priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee and manage tax preparation and planning for individual, corporate, partnership, and trust clients

    + Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns prepared by staff

    + Provide tax advisory services and develop tax strategies to optimize client outcomes

    + Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

    + Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff members

    + Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to address their tax-related concerns

    + Assist in business development efforts to attract new clients and expand service offerings

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning

    + Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    + Proven leadership and team management abilities

    + Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

     

    Salary: $100K - $150K
