Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the camp's physical property and facilities and providing a welcoming and safe environment for guests. This role involves ensuring the maintenance, safety, and smooth operation of the camp buildings, and equipment to ensure an outstanding experience for guests

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: facilities management, maintenance or a related field is a plus. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical repair. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 60 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Access to reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.

Special Instructions

Ability to live on camp property. Become a registered Girl Scout member.
