Senior Product Manager – Inventory Valu e (Hybrid)
The Senior Product Manager for Inventory Value is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, which will spearhead initiatives for our Inventory ERP systems. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering value through strategic product development, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach . Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

+ Leverage Customer Insights: Conduct research, synthesize findings, and develop a deep understanding of opportunities, incorporating market trends and competitor analysis into product roadmaps.

We’re looking for someone who:
+ Defines Clarity: Removes ambiguity by leveraging data, customer insights, and market trends to define product boundaries and align stakeholders.
+ Delivers Value: Breaks down roadmaps into releasable features, writes user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritizes features to support strategic goals.
+ Optimizes Performance: Designs testing strategies, measurement tools, and telemetry to validate hypotheses, optimize product-market fit, and iterate based on learnings.
+ Solves Problems: Proactively manages risks, dependencies, and incidents to ensure seamless progress and outcomes across domains.
+ Balances Vision and Execution: Crafts a multi-year product vision aligned with company strategy while delivering iterative value in the short term.
You own this if you have…
+ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in product management, technology, or ecommerce (retail systems integration experience preferred).
+ Domain Expertise: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly in the context of stock ledger management and retail operations. Experience with system integrations, data flows, and processes supporting inventory management, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency is highly valued.
+ Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and the transition from on-premises to modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions. Experience working with integrations, data transformation, and validation requirements to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
+ Analytical Skills: Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally with Engineering, Business Operations, and external partners to co-define product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
+ Communication Proficiency: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, Data Science or related experience required .

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $120,500 - $220,500 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
