Job Summary

Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

How You'll Shine:

+ Establish commonality and build rapport with owners

+ Pitch the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner

+ Upgrade current owner accounts

+ Provide information and knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product

+ Analyze current owner's vacation package

+ Close the deal by utilizing proper closing techniques (average transaction $30-35K)

+ Attend daily/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and/or trainings

What You'll Bring:

+ **Must have sales experience** (car sales, cellular sales, commission-based sales, vacation sales, insurance sales, real estate, bartending, serving, solar sales, etc.)

+ 3+ years sales experience preferred

+ Proven ability to handle common objections and rejection

+ Must be commission driven and money motivated

+ Positive, upbeat and professional attitude required

+ High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred

Training requirements

+ Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge and skills

+ Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Technical Skills

+ General smart device skills
