We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Traveling Safety Manager, who is passionate about the construction process. This person will lead and support safety initiatives across multiple job sites. This role will work out of our Atlanta, GA office and will serve as a key resource to ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide field training, and foster a culture of safety throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and collaborative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic field environments.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
+ Develop, lead, and deliver safety and risk management training to individuals and groups in both classroom and field settings.
+ Conduct on-the-spot job site training for superintendents, subcontractors, and field associates as needed.
+ Provide tailored education on health and safety-related issues to ensure awareness and compliance at all levels.
+ Travel to and support 15–25 job sites per month across the U.S., serving as a consistent point of contact and resource.
+ Oversee safety operations during high-risk scopes of work, ensuring field teams adhere to best practices.
+ Conduct frequent safety inspections, audits, and walkthroughs of assigned projects and publish detailed reports to improve performance and maintain compliance
+ Lead formal investigations of work-related incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
+ Work with project teams to analyze trends and develop proactive safety solutions.
+ Partner closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to uphold compliance with Local, State, and Federal safety and health regulations.
+ Attend and lead safety discussions during preconstruction and operational meetings, including weekly and monthly check-ins.
+ Provide ongoing support and guidance to field teams, applying practical solutions to changing site conditions.
+ Conduct on-boarding, training, and refresher training on forklift, boom lift, scissor lift operations, along with proper use of PPE including fall protection equipment.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
+ 2-5 years' of Safety and Health Experience required
+ Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, writing, and translating) required
+ Construction and Concrete Experience is preferred
+ Industrial lift truck (forklift) Certified Trainer is desirable
+ BS in Occupational Health and Safety or closely related field
+ ASP/CSP certification(s) preferred
+ Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
+ Must be willing to travel approximately 75-80% of time (primarily Tuesday - Thursday) to Construction Project Sites Nationwide
+ Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, able to climb up to heights of 350 feet either by climbing stairs, use of ladders, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds
