What We Expect of You
+ Expertise in accurately completing reconciliations.
+ Strong familiarity with a variety of reconciliation concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to bank operations.
+ Strong analytical and technical skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
+ Ability to effectively work to accomplish tasks on an independent basis.
+ Ability to clearly provide information and instruction to others.
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
Your Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
+ 3-5 years reconciliation experience, preferably in a banking environment.
Internal and External Contacts
+ Internal contact with all levels of Bank personnel.
+ External contact related to reconciliation process.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Office environment. Ability to operate computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
