Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator

Overview:
Join a dynamic team supporting Accounts Payable services. As a Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in managing and processing over 260,000 documents annually, ensuring accurate and efficient invoice processing and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and process Accounts Payable transactions for multiple business units
+ Utilize SAP and online tools to handle invoice processing efficiently (SAP experience a plus)
+ Identify and escalate issues when required data is missing, per established processing guidelines
+ Interact with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information for transactions
+ Conduct audits and verifications to maintain data accuracy
+ Assist leadership with process improvements and special projects
+ Embrace lean processing practices to streamline workflows
+ Provide support across all areas of the department
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Associate’s, Associate in Science, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience:
+ 1–5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Customer Service
+ SAP experience is a strong plus
+ Reliable and detail-oriented

+ Self-starter with multitasking capabilities
