You will be the Cost Account Manager reporting to the Flight Operations Business Operations Manager\. This position is responsible for the organization’s financial operations, projects, and initiatives\.
What You Will Be Doing
This role will work directly with the AMMM or F35 proposal lead, and will perform various assignments including but not limited to:
• Support a multitude of Project Planning, Tracking and Finance functions, including establishing program budget baselines, conducting Earned Value and variance analysis, developing monthly ETC, and monitoring EV health metrics
• Responsible for monitoring the cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of Flight Operations contractual tasks
• Will work with the various Project Leads to identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of contract milestones across multiple projects
• Candidate will assist leadership & VEMO lead with staffing forecasts and maintaining staffing tools
• Integrator will also develop and control various metrics for Flight Operations Management
• Maintain department Work Authorization Document

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
• CAM 101 Certified & working knowledge of Earned Value Management System
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
• Presentation Skills & the ability to brief leadership at all levels
• Familiar with authoring of Basis of Estimates \(BOE\), and/or proposal development\.
• APTS & CAM tools experience
• Self\-motivated individual with the ability to work independently with varying work tasks
• Ability to keep actions in front of leads and drive actions to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
