    EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma/GED

    • Strong Background in Anatomy, Physiology and Medical Terminology

    • RHIT, RHIA and/or CCS

    Preferred Qualifications include:

    • Prior Experience in Inpatient Coding Preferred

    • Keyboard skills ----Experience with 3M Encoder is preferred
