Our client is seeking a Digital IT Project Manager to join their team. As a Digital IT Project Manager, you will be part of the North America IT Project Management Office supporting Digital IT and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational expertise, and customer service orientation, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Coordinate digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.

Gather and formalize project requests, track progress, and manage risks effectively.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and smooth communication.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, and updates using tools like MS Office, Atlassian, and Miro.

Represent IT and marketing teams’ priorities, ensuring efficient time management and project success.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Digital Project Management, including Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS, .NET projects, and large digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP concepts, UX design, and digital marketing strategies.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, MS Teams, and ServiceNow; PMP certification is a plus.
