    Job Description:

    The Administrative Project Coordinator for Leadership Development and Young Scholars Programs plays a critical role in supporting student engagement and success at the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ). This position is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Young Scholars Program ( YSP ), including recruitment, event planning, communication, and budget management.

     

    Additionally, the coordinator assists the Senior Director with the oversight of JSOM student clubs, organizations, and leadership development initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and university departments to enhance the student experience and promote program growth.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
