**Title:** Marketing Specialist I

**Location:** Alameda , CA (Onsite)

**Duration:** 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

**Pay Range :** $45 /hr to $48 /hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “ **Marketing Specialist** “ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Ongoing updates/approvals to HCP marketing materials

+ Managing approvals and upload of messaging matrix in Veeva

+ Marketing communications team meeting support and minutes

+ General team support

Education:

+ Bachelor’s preferred but years of experience better than a degree for this role

+ 1-4 years of experience

Preferred Experience:

+ Experience with Veeva platform, experience in regulated industry

+ Marketing experience
