    Job Description

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform comprehensive data analytics across diverse datasets and business areas.

     

    Lead data collection efforts, including survey design and implementation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

     

    Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced visualization and analysis.

     

    Maintain and optimize Salesforce data hygiene and environment.

     

    Support data-driven management practices across the organization.

     

    Create executive-facing reports and presentations, with an emphasis on marketing analytics.

     

    Assist in developing and implementing Northern California's regionalization into five distinct areas.

     

    Must be local to San Ramon, CA (within 50 miles).

     

    Remote work is possible, with occasional in-office presence in Northern CA.

     

    Willingness to learn some system administration tasks.

    Skills and Requirements

    REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

    Data Analysis of Salesforce (1+ yr)

    Proficiency in visualization platforms:

    Ability to work across and transform data between different visualization tools

     

    Ability to think outside the box regarding future data needs and establish industry baselines. PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

    PowerBI (preferred)
