What would you do as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will center around providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. You can expect to perform routine assessments, administer medications, and assist in creating individualized care plans for residents. Interacting closely with patients, you will monitor their progress, report any changes, and ensure their comfort and dignity.
Your schedule will typically be from 7 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a structured workday that promotes consistency for both you and the residents. Each day, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care meetings and participating in ongoing training to refine your skills. You will also engage with family members to provide updates and educate them on care protocols, fostering a transparent and trusting relationship.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall patient experience at our center.
