Client in Lake Charles is seeking a Service Entry Analyst to join their team for a long-term contract. Ideal candidates will have some professional experience with Data-Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create service entries for timely payments.

+ Monitor email and SAP VIM system.

+ Highlight invoice discrepancies.

+ Facilitate service entry approvals.

+ Adjust purchase orders with procurement.

+ Resolve invoice issues.

+ Assist with SAP HR processes.

+ Improve service entry processes.

+ Update Outline Agreements.

+ Ensure compliance with policies.

+ Build stakeholder relationships.

+ Resolve GR/IR issues quarterly.

+ Conduct necessary analysis.

Job Requirements:

Education:

+ High School Diploma or higher.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

+ 5+ years with High School diploma or 3+ years with Bachelor's degree.

+ SAP experience preferred.
