    Job Description

    Sales Agent - Commission Only

     

    As part of this professional sales team you will support the products, wound care, regenerative medicine and remote care monitoring sales, and ensure physicians have the best solution for their patients. Through comprehensive training and readily available resources you will become a certified sales representative.

     

    This is a commission-based sales opportunity.

     

    * Sales Rep/Wound Care/Regenerative Medicine/Remote Care Monitoring

    * Focus is to recruit Providers (eg, Podiatry, Dermatology, Mobile Wound Services, etc) and also refer patients to Providers

    * 1099 Commission only contract

    * Nationwide (no specific territory)

    * Fully remote training (Boot Camp, Weekly Support calls)

     

    Skills & Requirements

    Requirements:

    * Wound Care and Sales Experience preferred

    * Attend Blueprint call

    * Carefully review and sign 1099 contract

    * Attend BootCamp virtual training, pass exam with 90% grade or better

    * Pass background check upon contract execution and at least annually thereafter

    * Compliance Adherence: Internal Compliance Program, FDA guidelines/regulations; Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”); Sunshine Act; Reporting of adverse reactions, product complaints; other training and compliance requirements, as requested

    * Conflict of Interest disclosure

    * Computer/internet/email knowledge

    * Comfortable with cold-calling, warm leads and in person and/or virtual sales

    * Quick study and motivated self-learner
