CRST’s Home Solutions - Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Home Solutions is proud to work with retail and client partners to provide convenient solutions for consumers.

**Job Summary:** The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

**Location:** Omaha, NE - Supports Nebraska Furniture Mart

**Schedule:** Operating Monday - Saturday covering dock load out 5:30am (will only work a few hours on Saturdays)

**Compensation:** This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary. _*A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range._

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available

+ Managing up to 8 delivery teams

+ Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests

+ Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region

+ Lead in service company assignments

+ Perform other duties as assigned
