Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop detailed test plans, operational work instructions, and maintenance procedures.
+ Design, implement, and optimize cost-effective testing methodologies for electronic systems in a production environment.
+ Establish and maintain test-related processes in compliance with both internal standards and customer requirements.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain test systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
+ Perform electronic testing and analyze functional test failures to identify root causes.
+ Design and sustain test environments based on defined requirements.
+ Prepare technical reports and documentation related to test design, system performance, and electrical failure analysis.
+ Identify opportunities for process and test improvements and drive implementation to completion.
+ Provide technical training and support to technicians, particularly in the diagnosis of test failures and effective use of diagnostic tools.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required (Master’s preferred); Associate degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
+ 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing test environments preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software/test development is highly desirable.
+ Experience with network infrastructure (servers, switches) is a plus.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, and MySQL.
+ Basic understanding of web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is required.
+ Strong foundational knowledge of server hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage, etc.).
+ Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong customer service orientation and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure manufacturing environments.
**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
