Service Writer Needed - Direct Placement

Key Responsibilities:

+ Schedule and coordinate customer repairs and appointments with the Service Department and Office Manager.

+ Collaborate with the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Office Manager, and Outside Sales representatives on incoming service workflow.

+ Accurately obtain and document all customer information and vehicle data.

+ Provide customer estimates for labor and parts, ensuring quotes are kept open until approved.

+ Interact with customers in a positive, respectful, and gracious manner.

+ Write service repair quotes and orders.

+ Coordinate customer repairs in an organized and professional manner.

+ Experience within Automotive industry
