Job Title: Skilled Construction Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a Skilled Construction Laborer, where you will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and ensuring all storage units and offices are ready for rental. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail as you maintain facilities in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize tools such as drills, saws, hammers, levels, and measuring tape effectively.
+ Repair minor damages including drywall holes, replace light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds.
+ Patch flooring and conduct basic electrical or plumbing repairs.
+ Engage in manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
+ Work independently while following instructions and accepting constructive feedback.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in general labor and construction tasks.
+ Experience with forklifts and hand and power tools.
+ Knowledge in concrete finishing, tiling, and carpentry.
+ Understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring.
+ Ability to read blueprints and operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in residential home building is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
