    Our technicians primarily work in their local areas on residential setting jobs for our maintenance department which principally support out property management partners, our direct to client services support homeowners and our projects department supporting various contracts and re-pipe initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential and commercial properties

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems

    + Replace faulty parts, such as springs, cables, and rollers

    + Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of garage doors

    + Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

    + Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

    + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

    + Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + General Liability MANDATORY

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Garage Door Technician

    + Strong knowledge of different types of garage door systems

    + Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    + Currently living in the US
