Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to play a key role in utilizing data analytics, Power BI, and data analysis to optimize procurement processes, enhance reporting, and ensure the efficient management of resources across programs. This position will help analyze, evaluate, qualify, and recommend select service providers based on procurement procedures and in compliance with company requirements. The position is expected to monitor and report performance on indirect procurement KPIs. The position will periodically present to management on objective outcomes regarding purchasing specifications and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Reporting:

1. Leverage data analytics and Power BI to create dashboards and KPIs for reporting procurement and other management related activities.

2. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost savings, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Provide actionable insights on program performance, value creation workstreams, spend analysis, and vendor management.

4. Assist in forecasting procurement needs and preparing budget analyses.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

2. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding procurement processes, policies, and best practices.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Credit Card and Fleet Program Support:

1. Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the efficiency of the program.

2. Support the Monitoring of fleet performance, including fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and driver safety programs.

3. Generate reports on fleet costs, utilization, and maintenance to drive efficiencies.

Education and Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field preferred.

+ Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in procurement analytics preferred.

+ Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Sievo, and SAP to extract, analyze, and visualize procurement and supply chain data to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

+ At least 2 years of experience in data management, procurement or supply chain management.

Skills and Knowledge

+ Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

+ Experience with corporate credit card programs and fleet management.

+ Experience working with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.

+ Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication, technical aptitude, and negotiation skills are required.

+ The position requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Documents organizational protocols, standards, and procedures for contracts management and administration

+ Highest level of honesty and integrity.

+ Motivated, team player that can also work independently.

Other Information

Travel

Occasional travel required (less than 10%) for business purposes, including on-site vendor visits and supplier engagement activities as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or hybrid environment. Based on the job description, the role will either use standard office equipment or equipment as specified on the plant floor to produce the products for the company. All employees will be expected to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
