*Location: Hazleton, PA* * Duration: Spring 2025* This posting is seeking a position within The Hershey Company’s Technical Assurance group located in Hazle Township, PA. The goal of this internship/co-op position is to provide an opportunity for students to gain real world experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Food processing industry and to help students develop professionally in a progressive manner with an increasing amount of responsibility. This position will give you an excellent opportunity to gain real world experience while working alongside maintenance team to meet the Company goals pertaining to equipment maintenance. * Responsibilities:* Typical student assignments & responsibilities may include: * Learn to troubleshoot equipment (mechanical, electrical & electronics) * Establish Preventive Maintenance audit procedure * Improve Preventive Maintenance compliance with standard work and visualization * Organize maintenance training and equipment manuals digitally * Improve maintenance schedule visualization in the maintenance shop * Other items as needed. * Education* * Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred majoring either in Advanced Manufacturing technology or, Electronic Engineering technology or, Industrial Technology or, Mechatronics Technology.
