    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform **high-complexity testing** on blood and body fluids to assist in diagnosing and treating disease.

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to critical patient care decisions.

    + Provide **mentorship and guidance** to new Medical Laboratory Scientists.

    + Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting using laboratory information systems.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • **Education & Certification:**

    + **Bachelor’s degree** in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science.

    + **ASCP certification** (or equivalent) in two or more general lab areas preferred.

    + Eligibility for ASCP certification is required within **6 months of hire.**

    • **Experience & Skills:**

    + Competency in at least **two or more lab disciplines** (e.g., chemistry, microbiology, hematology, blood bank).

    + Strong **verbal communication** to collaborate effectively across departments.

    + Excellent **written documentation** skills and computer proficiency.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and manage tasks in a **fast-paced, high-volume** setting.

    • **Schedule Requirements:**

    + **Shift rotation** with availability for weekends and holidays.
