• Join Our Team as an OB Scrub Technologist!

Are you a detail-oriented, high-performing professional with a passion for surgical excellence? We’re seeking a **Certified Scrub Technologist (CST)** to join our fast-paced and collaborative surgical team. In this critical role, you will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring safe and seamless surgical experiences.

•** **What You’ll Do:

+ Gather, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.

+ Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis to promote patient safety.

+ Anticipate the surgeon’s needs with precision and efficiency in the OR.

+ Scrub in on a wide range of surgical procedures, adapting quickly to varied and changing situations.

+ Collaborate closely with the surgical team in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.

•️** **Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Active **Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)** credential from a **CAAHEP-accredited program** .

+ Current **Basic Life Support (BLS)** certification – must be maintained throughout employment.

+ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs, and standing for extended periods (including wearing a 10 lb. lead apron).

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proven ability to adapt under pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently in dynamic settings.
