Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Live the company’s values by displaying our high standard characteristics and behaviors that lead to our collective success as outlined in our Values in Action.

+ Performs all care and cleaning functions of the warehouse including but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, power washing, and polishing both inside and outside of the building.

+ Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

+ Mixes water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

+ Requests supplies as needed.

+ Utilizes compactor and removes trash from various storage areas.

+ Utilizes bailer for cardboard.

+ Operates pallet jacks and other equipment in a safe and professional manner.

+ Assists in special cleaning projects assigned by Manager.

+ Stacks and organizes pallets, this includes loading and storage.

+ Communicates and cleans any spills in multiple warehouse storage areas.

Qualifications:

+ Must have basic reading, writing and math skills. High school diploma/GED required.

+ Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

+ High attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Ability to work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes, indoors or outdoors.

+ 1-2 years of related experience preferred

Salary:

$17.00- $18.00/ Hour

Shift:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

+ Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, sit, operate warehouse

+ Must be able to use hands to handle and feel objects, perform fine finger movements, reach with hands and arms, and have the ability to see, talk, and hear.

+ Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a regular basis

+ Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods with temperatures reaching -10

+ Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors

+ Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
